Welcome to Roskilde Museum
 
Roskilde Museum is the local historical museum for the municipalities of Roskilde and Lejre. Roskilde Museum is a museum unit with eight different places of exhibitions to visit:
  • The Main Exhibition, Roskilde
  • Lützhøft's Grossery shop anno 1920, Roskilde
  • The Butcher Shop anno 1920, Roskilde
  • The Woodcraft Museum, Roskilde
  • The underground ruins of the medieval St. Lawrence Church, Roskilde
  • Lejre Museum, Lejre
  • Tadre Watermill, Hvalsoe 
  • The Fjord Centre, Jyllinge

Odin from Lejre - The only archaeological find from anywhere showing the God Odin sitting on his thrown, flanked by his two ravens, Hugin and Munin. The world famous find is displayed in The Main Exhibition, Roskilde.
